Before we begin any search, we sit down with you to define company, division and department success profiles.  Agreeing on a clearly defined job description and candidate specifications allows everyone to be more focused in our search thereby yielding strong candidates more quickly.

We remain in continuous contact with our clients and candidates throughout and after the search process.  We speak with both client and candidate after every interview and we will check the references of every candidate you're interested in.  We will help negotiate terms of employment.  And, because we don't consider our job done just because an offer has been tendered, we continue to follow up during the first months of a candidate's employment.
